The Role

As a Technicienne Juridique, you will support the team through all stages of real estate transactions, from opening to closing files. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple responsibilities, and is keen on helping clients navigate their legal matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage real estate files from start to finish, ensuring smooth processes and timely completion of transactions.
• Draft, review, and update documents related to residential real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, closing documents, and other legal papers.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize deal information for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct and review title searches, off-title searches, and provide detailed reports for due diligence.
• Communicate directly with clients, offering support and answering questions professionally.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
• Prepare and send correspondence, requisition letters, and other documentation to stakeholders.
• Assist the real estate team in providing comprehensive client support.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Technicienne Juridique.
• Fluent in both English and French, with effective communication skills in both languages, oral and written.
• Expertise in residential real estate transactions, familiar with Quebec’s laws.
• Experience working with private lenders in residential real estate deals.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Efficient time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in real estate software such as Teraview, Unity, and Quebec-specific systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
