Qualifications

  • DEP ou équivalent en IT, logiciels, réseau ou électronique.

We’re looking for a very special candidate to join our team in Joliette!

Are you passionate about new technologies? About IT? Do you speak English? Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service? Then this position might be for you!

As a Service and Support Technician in our after-sales service department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving repair requests by phone from all around the world and providing first-line support to customers who have purchased our interactive rides/attractions, interactive theaters, or custom projects, with the goal of resolving technical issues.
  • Gathering relevant information about the attraction’s issues to help and guide the customer in resolving the problem.
  • Responding to technical support requests related to hardware and software issues on our various operational products.
  • Providing remote repair support since our clients are located all over the world. You’ll work in customer service and handle follow-ups for maintenance and administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring that devices match the repair request, inspections are well documented, and the information provided (e.g. customer info) is accurate.
  • Possibly managing the shipment of parts to be repaired to the client, coordinating delivery times, and handling invoicing related to customer orders.
  • Performing any other related duties.

Requirements:

  • DEP, technical diploma, or relevant education in IT, software, networking, electrical, or electronics (strong asset);
  • Strong interest in technology;
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and electronics;
  • Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and electric motors;
  • Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken (most clients are English-speaking);
  • Available for rotating 24/7 on-call shifts (remote) in collaboration with the team;
  • Must own a vehicle.

  • Comfortable working in Windows environments;
  • Personal interest in new technologies;
  • Resourceful and quick problem-solving abilities;
  • Good at managing priorities amid various requests;
