Position: Technicien(ne) Comptable
Responsibilities:
  1. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain books;
  2. Manage accounts payable/receivable and handle reimbursements or deposits;
  3. Maintain records of real estate transactions for compliance;
  4. Enter data related to financial transactions;
  5. Prepare and update various documents and reports, including financial statements and transaction summaries;
  6. Conduct regular reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  7. Research and compile accounting documentation, identify issues;
  8. Process broker commissions payments via Nexone;
  9. Perform other related tasks, including follow-ups with brokers.
Qualifications:
  • DEP, AEC in accounting, administration, technical administrative studies, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Office Suite, Windows, Nexone, and Gimmi software is an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system;
  • Strong customer service orientation;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Discipline and good priority management;
  • Organized and structured approach.
