Position: SST Technician

As a SST Technician, you will support the lesion management department by performing administrative tasks. Your work will typically be standardized and guided by common templates such as letter models.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order copies of files from CNESST and various archives services, receive or follow up as needed, and organize them in digital files if necessary.
  2. Digitize documents into the computer system and enter various data as required by team advisors.
  3. At the request of an advisor, handle proceedings, disputes, or withdrawals required in the files.
  4. At the request of an advisor, manage the complete process of BEM requests, withdrawals, or amendments.
  5. Process paper or digital mail and organize it in digital files as needed.
  6. Assemble documents to support advisors in medical expertise requests.
  7. Perform other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

  1. Organization: Ability to manage administrative tasks and priorities effectively.
  2. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  3. Versatility: Adaptability to different administrative tasks.
  4. Rigor: Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
  5. Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and support team members.
  6. Initiative: Proactiveness in improving administrative processes and contributing to office efficiency.
  7. Proficiency in IT tools: Skilled in using software such as MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  8. Time Management: Effectively managing time and meeting deadlines.
  9. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and handle unforeseen situations professionally.
