Position: SST Technician

As an SST Technician, you will support the Injury Management Department by performing administrative tasks. Your work will typically follow standardized procedures and utilize common letter templates.

Specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Requesting copies of files from CNESST and various archives, receiving or following up as needed, and organizing digital files accordingly.
  2. Digitizing documents into the computer system and entering various data as required by team advisors.
  3. Processing hearings, disputes, or withdrawals upon request from an advisor.
  4. Handling complete processes for BEM requests, withdrawals, or amendments as directed by an advisor.
  5. Managing paper and digital correspondence and organizing files digitally when necessary.
  6. Assembling documents to support advisors in medical expertise requests.
  7. Performing other related administrative tasks as needed.
