Job summary

Une entreprise de sécurité incendie est à la recherche d'un Technicien en incendie pour son opération à Baie-Comeau. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 2 ans d'expérience en inspection incendie. Les responsabilités incluent l'inspection, le test et l'entretien des extincteurs, ainsi que le suivi des rapports et de l'inventaire. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspecter, tester et entretenir les extincteurs.
• Compléter des rapports quotidiens sur les travaux accomplis.

Position

Fire Shop Technician (Technicien en incendie) – immediate opening at our Baie‑Comeau operation.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire extinguishers
• Ensure timely and quality completion of work orders
• Complete daily reports of completed work orders and activities
• Monitor parts inventory and equipment maintenance requirements
• Follow all safe work practices and demonstrate safety leadership in all aspects of the job
• Participate in on‑call/call‑out emergency service as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in fire inspection or a related field (preferred)
• All combinations of education in a related field and experience will be considered
• Candidates who advance through the hiring process must submit a current Certificate of Conduct and Driver’s abstract
