The Accounts Receivable Agent will be called upon to work in one or more of the profiles below.

Each profile corresponds to a specific set of tasks segmented according to the processes and procedures involved.

Profile - Credit and Collection

• Analysis and follow-up of the assigned folio holder in order to contact customers whose payments have not been made on time and carry out the required follow-ups.
• Recommendations for the settlement of delinquent accounts in situations that fall outside the established parameters, including cases of bad debt and / or collection.
• Obtain necessary approvals for applicable debit & credit memos
• Analyze unapplied customer payments and any irregularities and take action on them immediately
• Keep up to date with actions taken in customer notes compiled in the accounting system
• Carry out credit and risk analyses of specific cases where applicable
• Ensure and maintain close contact with our partners and provide efficient, high-quality service.
• Enter cash receipts into the accounting system
• Reconciliation of transactions and accounts receivable
• Obtain approvals for write-offs when required.

The Accounts Receivable Agent will be called upon to perform the following duties, regardless of the profile in which he / she evolves :

• Carry out ad hoc or spontaneous analyses and reports on request, including follow-up reports
• Ensure and maintain close contact with our partners, and provide efficient, high-quality service.
