Position: Temporary, 12 months

As a training and skills development technician, you will:

• Assist with needs analysis, training logistics, and delivery
• Help with quality assurance throughout the product/service delivery process
• Provide discipline-specific technical support
• Support your unit’s activities, initiatives, and processes in accordance with policies and procedures
• Support experienced employees and assist with technical work involving processes, information management, and data processing

More specifically, you will be required to:

• Provide technical support for operational issues
• Serve as an internal resource to improve service
• Help roll out and maintain software and processes
• Train users and prepare technical notes to enhance skills and knowledge
• Ensure practitioners follow procedures and use tools and systems correctly
