Port Honda is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on Honda vehicles and other makes in a professional shop setting. You will work with a supportive service team and have the opportunity to develop skills through Honda training and hands-on experience.

The role demands strong diagnostic abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Automotive Service Technician preferred.
• Experience as an automotive technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.

• Valid driver's license.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Honda experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, exhaust, and drivability repairs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Complete safety inspections and vehicle condition reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other members of the team.
• Follow Honda and dealership procedures for quality, safety, and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing Honda technical training.
