Birchwood Hyundai Winnipeg is seeking an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The successful candidate will estimate time of service, diagnose issues, and complete the work right the first time while staying current with product knowledge.

The role covers inspecting and maintaining vehicles powered by electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels, including tire rotations and oil changes, and planning repairs as needed.

This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary

This position requires an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, the ability to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Lube Tech will inspect, maintains and repairs automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Will also executes basic car maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.
