Birchwood Automotive Group in Manitoba proudly invites an Automotive Technician (Level 3 & Up) to join our Service team. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles using industry-leading tools and training, and estimate service time to keep customers on schedule.

Technician, Level 3 & Up

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Job Summary

The Automotive Technician plays an integral role in Birchwood achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The successful candidate is will have the ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Automotive Technician will diagnose repairs required on a wide range of vehicles.

This position is heavily supported by manufacturer training. Technicians are compensated full wages for training completed outside of the dealership.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 apprentice or higher
• Highly skilled in electronic diagnostics
• Ability to diagnose and problem solve independently
