Birchwood Automotive Group in Winnipeg, MB is seeking an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations. You will use industry-leading tools to inspect, diagnose, and complete work right the first time.

You will maintain current product knowledge, estimate service times, and plan repairs while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license required.

Technician, Lube & Maintenance

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Job Summary

This position requires an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, the ability to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Lube-Tech will inspect, maintains, and repairs automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Will also execute basic car maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.
