CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • Thorough knowledge of bottling equipment, product handling operations, and the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to monitor machine functions, understand basic mechanics, identify faults, and make adjustments.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate efficient machine setup and collaborate closely with line mechanics.
  • Good written and oral comprehension skills.
  • Support line operations and assist in training other employees.
  • Maintain a clean machine and work area.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Physical capabilities to:
    • Lift up to 30lb occasionally, from knee to above shoulder height, for up to 8 hours.
    • Lift full case weight up to 58lb.
    • Grip objects at various widths up to 15lb. in either hand.
    • Walk and stand for the entire shift.
    • Occasionally step onto platforms for up to 8 hours.
    • Stooping and dexterity tasks at competitive speeds.

Per Letter of Intent

Applicants must pass practical tests on job functions during a five-day selection process. Additional testing may be required at the end of this period.
