  • The Technician is responsible for following methods and sequences of operations in cable routing, electronics installation, and mechanical assembly according to work instructions and procedures.

This position reports to the Assembly Lead and is part of the QTOF Production Operations at the Singapore Marsiling site. It is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Perform a variety of mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical assembly operations on high-precision instruments according to work instructions and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to support groups for improvement in sequencing or assembly methods and participate in production improvement projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulatory requirements, Quality Management System, safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Minimum NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred, with 1 year of relevant work experience or 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Good electro-mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong team skills, good communication, and attention to detail are required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Laboratory experience operating analytical chemistry equipment (organic or inorganic).
