Key Responsibilities:
Conduct historical research using archival records and secondary sources Draft academic-style manuscripts (2,000-10,000 words) Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations based on historical findings Participate in regular meetings and provide monthly progress updates Submit and revise deliverables in collaboration with the project's Technical AuthorityRequired Qualifications:
A degree in History from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution At least 3 years of experience (within the last 20 years) in: Archival research, Secondary source analysis and Writing academic manuscripts on historical topics.Additional Details:
Must be fluent in English (written and oral) Work primarily remotely , with biannual in-person meetings in Trenton, ON Occasional travel for archival research may be required (e.g., Ottawa) Must be available during core hours (8:00 am-4:00 pm, Mon-Fri) Deliverables in MS Word and PowerPoint
