A leading legal tech company is seeking a talented Content Writer to create SEO-optimized content that simplifies complex legal topics. The role involves researching and writing on notary services and legal processes, ensuring accuracy and engagement for the audience.

To support this growth, we are seeking a talented and driven Content Writer to join our marketing team and help craft extremely well-researched, SEO-optimized content that makes complex legal topics approachable and engaging.
As a Content Writer, you will play a key role in creating informative and search-friendly content that educates our customers and supports our marketing and SEO objectives. You’ll work closely with the Content Manager to plan, research, and write articles, blog posts, and other digital content related to legal documents, notary services, and legal processes.
The ideal candidate has exceptional research and writing skills, knows SEO best practices inside and out, and is passionate about transforming complex legal concepts into clear, digestible content for our growing audience.
Research and write detailed, high-quality, well-structured content on topics related to notary services, commissioning services, legal documents, and legal processes.
Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, metadata, and structured formatting.
Ensure all content is factually accurate, up to date, well-researched, and aligned with legal guidelines.
Break down complex legal topics into clear, concise, and engaging content for the average reader.
Collaborate with the Content Manager and marketing team to align content with business objectives and brand voice.
Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
️ 4+ years of experience writing about legal, technical, or highly researched topics.
️ Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
️ Excellent research skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
️ Impeccable grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
️ Ability to write in a clear, accessible, and engaging style.
️ Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
️ Familiarity with Canadian legal processes or notarization (an asset but not required).
