The role of the Technical Training Instructor - AMOS, reporting to the Manager, Technical Training, is to facilitate, develop and ensure compliance of technical operations personnel training and the implementation of procedures. Recognized for her/his interpersonal skills, listening ability, creativity and dynamism, the incumbent plays an essential role in knowledge transfer.
This person will be responsible for delivering regulated technical training, including training under the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and health and safety, to technical operations personnel across all operational bases. The main objective of the instructor will be the continuous evolution of AMOS-related training.
AMOS is a fully integrated software that manages airline maintenance, engineering and logistics requirements.

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
