Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and administer cloud-based platforms and services; manage user access and configs.
• Troubleshoot end-user environments, servers, networks, and SaaS apps; escalate when needed.
• Maintain Windows-based systems, servers, virtual environments, and cloud infra.
• Monitor performance, availability, and alerts; take corrective actions.
• Resolve networking issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls.
• Collaborate with senior teams to address complex technical issues.
• Assist with patching, upgrades, deployments, and infra-related tasks.
• Contribute to rollout of new IT and cloud solutions, including onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer cloud-based platforms and services, assisting with user access, configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational activities.
• Troubleshoot issues across end-user environments, servers, networks, SaaS applications, and cloud platforms, escalating complex issues to senior IT or cloud teams when required.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Windows-based systems, servers, virtual environments, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system and cloud platform performance, availability, and alerts; investigate issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and connectivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, IT support, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a similar role.
• Relevant IT diploma/degree or equivalent hands-on experience; cloud, Microsoft, networking, or systems administration certifications are an asset.
• Working knowledge of system administration concepts, including user accounts, permissions, access management, software installation, patching, and system maintenance.
• Practical understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V is an asset.
• Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is an asset.
