Job Description

The Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
  • Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
  • Handling inbound calls with Pro Support customers to solve software (applications, operating systems) and hardware issues, utilizing resources to troubleshoot and resolve problems or set up hardware replacements.
  • Providing top-tier customer service, ensuring customers understand solutions, next steps, and feel valued.
  • Utilizing client troubleshooting tools effectively.
  • Meeting efficiency targets to handle inbound calls and follow-up tasks promptly.
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong technical/customer focus, phone etiquette, and work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Calmness under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Case management experience is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of technical support experience.
  • Excellent English written communication skills.
  • High school or university degree.
  • Flexible schedule (7 days a week, 7:00 am - 10:00 pm EST).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
