1. Responsible for the technical support and service work for the headquarters to connect with overseas regions;
2. Follow up business opportunities, facilitate the implementation of pre-sales projects, and work with local teams to complete KPIs;
3. Lead the product access compliance management in the responsible region;
4. Product training, explore customer needs and pain points, and cooperate with sales staff to complete distributor product training;
5. Product management, push the R&D department and the marketing department to complete the release of overseas products and related documents;
6. Cooperate with sales team to provide necessary support.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics and communication, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English and Chinese, which can be used as a working language;
2. More than 2 years of technical support experience, relevant work experience in the security industry is preferred, and familiarity with network technology is preferred;
3. Have good communication skills, service awareness and document writing skills, work rigorously, meticulously, and bear hardships and stand hard work;
4. Accept high-frequency business trips from Indonesia.
