What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a focus on problem-solving
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation skills
- A quiet, distraction-free home working environment with high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
