Job Descriptions:

• Deliver expert technical support for our EV products, ensuring smooth operations at dealer sites and customer locations.
• Design and lead engaging training sessions that equip teams with the skills and confidence to work with our cutting-edge EV technology.
• Develop clear and concise training materials, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides to empower both staff and customers.
• Work side-by-side with engineering and service teams to quickly resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Gather insights from training sessions and support interactions to continuously refine our practices and materials.
• Track and analyze support and training outcomes, ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of EV technology.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and customers regarding EV technical matters, building lasting relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior support staff, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Atleast have 5 years in technical support or training, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of EV systems and related technologies, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Indonesian and English, with a knack for clear, engaging training.
• Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing training programs.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and dynamic work environments, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
• Proficiency with digital tools and software used in technical support and training environments.
