Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in building materials sales, with a focus on multi-family projects.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a willingness to learn internal software.
• Experience with Engineered Wood Products and roof trusses is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Tech-Wood and clients within the multi-family housing sector.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, focusing on multi-family developments.
• Collaborate with customers and design teams to provide efficient solutions for multi-family housing needs.
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage pricing for client projects.
• Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments.
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams to meet customer timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits on multi-family projects.
• Represent Tech-Wood at relevant industry events.
