Job description

About Us

Locally owned and operated since 1996, Wiseworth Canada Industries Ltd. is the Master Distributor for Ingersoll Rand compressed air products, parts, and services across British Columbia, Alberta, the Yukon, and Northwest Territories.

We are proud to be the largest compressed air sales and service provider in Western Canada, recently recognized as Top Ingersoll Rand Distributor in North America and awarded the Consumer Choice Award for Business Excellence. Our partnership with Ingersoll Rand, the global leader in compressed air innovation, positions us as the supplier of choice in our industry. We are a team driven by respect, integrity, teamwork, and a passion for customer success.

The Opportunity

If you have experience with industrial parts, mechanical equipment, technical customer service, or inside sales—and enjoy helping customers solve problems—we’d like to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Technical Sales & Parts Specialist to help customers identify the right parts, equipment, and service solutions for their compressed air systems. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role that combines technical problem‑solving, quoting, order management, and relationship‑based sales.

As a primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers with parts, equipment, tools, and system accessories. You’ll also help customers get the most from their equipment by promoting our service solutions and preventative maintenance programs.

This position is much more than order entry. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify the right products and solutions, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and follow through to ensure everything is completed accurately and on time. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a genuine desire to solve problems and help customers succeed.

You might be a great fit if you’ve worked in industrial parts, equipment distribution, automotive or heavy‑duty parts, mechanical service, technical customer support, or industrial inside sales. Experience with compressed air systems is an asset, but we’re equally interested in people with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn.
