Job summary

Trane Technologies invites motivated students to join a 12-week Summer internship in Construction Project Management. You will work on projects that improve energy efficiency in buildings, collaborating with engineers and project managers to deliver results.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating tasks, with exposure to real project execution and potential entry into our Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the duration of the internship.
• Preferred fields: Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC.
• Legal right to work in Canada.
• Some positions may be remote while others may require hybrid or onsite at facilities across North America.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week Summer internship to develop technical, business, leadership, and communication skills.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting for construction projects with project managers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on programming and material selection activities.
• Support cost forecast accuracy and budget revisions as needed.
