You start in a formal training program, followed by a rotation in our field service engineering group to learn hands-on applications with Rockwell products for customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Legal authorization to work in Canada; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
Must be location flexible
Valid Canadian driver's license

Responsibilities

Respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests to communicate capabilities and benefits of Rockwell Automation's portfolio.
Provide pre-sales technical support for a defined range of products within a geography and coordinate with product teams and tech support.
Act as a local interface for product and quality issues and assist with post‑sales troubleshooting when needed.
Participate in formal training and rotate within field service engineering to gain hands-on experience.
