Key Responsibilities

The Technical Sales and Support Technician must possess superior customer support skills, including empathy and urgency, and have the ability to troubleshoot hardware and programming issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with OEMs, customers, and distributors
  • Maintaining comprehensive technical knowledge of all BASE products, applications, features, and benefits, and staying updated through training
  • Selling and supporting BASE Engineering products to new and existing clients
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns and recommending future courses of action
  • Understanding and complying with regulations related to Hazardous Environments to ensure safety
  • Expanding market awareness by effectively communicating product features and benefits
  • Collaborating with engineering to meet customer project requirements
  • Resolving customer escalations through effective communication and escalating urgent issues as needed
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and contact information
  • Contributing to knowledge systems to enhance customer solutions

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
