  • Establish best practices, controls, and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Tailor quotes specifically for the needs of the construction industry
Support Team Success & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Project Management, Finance, and Technical Services to deliver winning solutions.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

  • Consistently develop high-quality proposals that help Stormtec win profitable work.
  • Build trust and confidence with customers through technical expertise and responsive service.
  • Deliver accurate estimates with clear assumptions and strong margin visibility.
  • Improve the reliability, usability, and scalability of Stormtec's estimating systems.
  • Help create a consistent estimating approach across all water management divisions.
  • Increase quotation speed without compromising accuracy, quality, or profitability.
Our Culture:

At Stormtec we are committed to winning the long game. That means being purposeful in both what we undertake and how we work - even if it means short-term pain for long-term success. We are building a team that includes the best people in the industry, people who want to work at a company with an inspirational and engaging organizational culture. We achieve this by living our Core Values every day.

Core Values:
  • Honesty: The courage to tell each other, our customers, our partners what needs to be said even if it is not what they want to hear.
  • Respect: For ourselves and for each other, to model a respectful workplace.
  • Accountability: To be clear on both commitments and expectations while also following our word.
  • Teamwork: 1+1 should equal 3 not 1.5. True teamwork is a multiplier and not a diminisher of what individuals can accomplish on their own.

At Stormtec, an offer of employment is dependent on reference checks with direct managers/supervisors and background check, which mainly includes Canadian Criminal Check, Drug & Alcohol Test, and MVR check.
