We track payer policies in near real time to provide the latest data and guidance to pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics manufacturers, as well as academic and provider organizations. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help attract top talent across Canada. You will support our People & Culture team in creating a positive experience for employees and candidates. This contract role involves scaling our engineering, product, and technical project management teams, focusing on roles like Full Stack Software Engineers and Machine Learning/AI Engineers. You will work closely with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. The position requires up to 20 hours per week, with potential slow periods.

• Partner with engineering leadership to understand hiring needs
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms
• Conduct initial screening for technical and cultural fit
• Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with stakeholders
• Provide a positive candidate experience reflecting our values
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche roles
• Stay informed about employment standards across Canada

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of technical recruiting experience, especially in engineering
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian tech talent market
• Experience with roles like Full Stack Engineers or similar
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Canadian labor laws and best practices
• Experience in healthtech, medtech, or life sciences is a plus
