Job Description
We are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead our customer’s manufacturing test development projects, including test software, hardware, and integration. The TPM will support data center manufacturing test development projects, working with multiple customer teams, suppliers, engineers, and a team of experts to provide maximum support.
Your responsibilities include :
- Managing data center test infrastructure projects from planning to deployment supporting NPI manufacturing.
- Overseeing test strategy, schedule, budget, risk management, procurement, logistics, and integration, ensuring alignment with NPI schedules.
- Coordinating supplier selection for test fixture components and JDM partner solutions.
- Driving communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contract manufacturers to identify issues, escalate problems, and implement improvements.
- Maintaining and co-authoring technical documentation, including test plans, processes, presentations, dashboards, and requirements documents.
- Evaluating technological strategies based on stakeholder requirements and test implications.
- Supporting sales by showcasing our capabilities and industry standards to foster business growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has :
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, industrial engineering, or related manufacturing field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in high-visibility strategic areas, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing test industries, including various testing approaches.
- Experience managing suppliers and partners for test requirements.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Preferred : Manufacturing test design experience and cross-cultural work experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
- Flexible schedule supporting Pacific and Asian time zones.
