Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced delivery professional to lead multi-project initiatives in the Banking/Capital Markets domain. You will utilize SQL, Python and Kafka to enable real-time data pipelines and robust data integration across cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with architects and DevOps teams, steering end-to-end delivery, and mentoring junior staff. Strong stakeholder communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Years of Banking/Capital Markets domain experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting and query optimization.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation and integration.
• Experience with Apache Kafka including event-driven architecture and real-time data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, microservices and system integrations.
• Experience with ETL/Data Integration and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
• Having Reconciliation experience is good to have.

• Work with architects and development teams to define solution approaches.
• Review designs, data flows, integration patterns, and implementation plans.
• Drive issue resolution, dependency management and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate communication between business users, product owners, and technical teams.
• Ensure successful deployment, production rollout and post-implementation support.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in project delivery.

Experience Range:

• years of experience in Banking/Capitalmarkets Domain

Project Management Skills

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution,monitoring, risk management, and delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executivedashboards.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA, DevOps,and business stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming,retrospectives, and release planning.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholderexpectations.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to translate requirements intodeliverable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality, governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Track project metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
