Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Risk & Control initiatives, regulatory remediation programs, and governance efforts across multiple business functions.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of banking risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and the ability to drive complex projects from planning through execution. Collaboration with Compliance, Audit and Legal is essential.

Role Description:

Proven experience managing large-scale Risk & Control initiatives,regulatory remediation programs, audit findings, and control enhancementprojects across multiple business functions.

Strong understanding of banking risk frameworks, including OperationalRisk, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Controls, Governance, Issue Management,and Control Testing.

Experience working with regulatory requirements and industry standards,including collaboration with Compliance, Audit, Legal, and Regulatory Affairsteams.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through the full projectlifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, governance,risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Strong expertise in identifying, tracking, mitigating, and reportingproject risks, issues, dependencies, and control gaps.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively across Risk & Control, Regulatory, Compliance, Technology,Operations, Finance, and Business teams.

Experience preparing executive governance materials, steering committeeupdates, regulatory reporting, and project status communications for seniorleadership.

Ability to translate business, regulatory, and control requirements intoactionable project plans, milestones, and deliverables.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile,Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, andensuring timely execution of project deliverables.

Demonstrated success in driving control remediation, processimprovements, and regulatory compliance initiatives within banking environment
