We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of IT systems, software development life cycles, and project management methodologies.

We have grown substantially since 2019, from our inception in Australia to now having several facilities across North America and being listed on NASDAQ… and we are just getting started! Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management or program delivery roles within software, IT, or technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels, including engineers, product leaders, and execs.
  • Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams (e.g., familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, software lifecycle).
  • Proven experience in tracking and visualizing metrics, KPIs, and delivery health using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
  • Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute technology projects across Technology team—ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, DevOps, product managers, and QA to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives; manage project risks and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
  • Own and evolve project plans, timelines, and resource tracking tools—ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Implement change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, systems, or processes.
  • Report on key project metrics, such as progress, resource allocation, risks, and blockers, to technical leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support rollout of new platforms, tools, and operational capabilities within the technology ecosystem.

Job Benefits

  • Salary range: Starting at CAD $95,000/annum, depending on experience
