You are experienced in Technical Project Management, with hands-on experience managing MPPs, RAID Log, Confluence, JIRA, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups to ensure project progress. You will actively clear roadblocks, ensure quality deliverables, and manage governance, planning, budget, communication, change, risk, and compliance.

You are a dynamic leader, interested in challenging the status quo, with extensive experience managing technical teams within healthcare organizations. You should have a keen eye for improvement opportunities and the ability to deliver on them, including managing project health, test plans, and reporting to senior leadership.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure quality delivery of projects, developed, integrated, and deployed on time.
• Own project activities, manage resources, scope, interdependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Establish and facilitate governance, create and present governance slides, document discussions, and track action items.
• Lead change management plans, including engagement, training, and communication.
• Support Product Owner in refining the product backlog and enabling long-term work visibility.
• Build and monitor project KPIs and report at governance meetings.

About You

Key Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience managing large, complex technical projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related technical field.
• Deep knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
• Expertise in risk management and project tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Office).
• Preferred: Technical/development background, experience in Data Management, Data Warehousing, and Healthcare/IT sectors.
• Experience with change management for large programs.
