Role Description

The technical project manager must have analysis and synthesis expertise.

The mission will focus on authentication security enhancement with the Identity Core Services team within the infrastructure domain.

The objectives, described below, must be monitored via KPIs in Power BI, in addition to regular project committee meetings for follow-up.

Objectives:

1. Control Plane and Cloud Environment: Define the control plane and cloud environment by identifying vulnerable applications, accounts, and cloud connectors that could compromise the entire or a significant part of the IS. Subsequently, identify security measures with identity architects to secure the control plane and define the implementation roadmap.
2. Management Plane: Define the management plan by identifying how the T1 perimeter is managed. Identify vulnerabilities in admin accounts or devices that could compromise a large part of the SI, and work with identity and infrastructure teams to apply security measures and define the implementation roadmap.
3. Process and Monitoring: Ensure that processes for account recovery, ID verification, four-eyes principles, and monitoring of high-risk or abnormal activities are secure and effective, especially with the Cyber Defense Center.
