Role Overview:
We're looking for aTechnical Project Managerto drive the development and launch of innovative software products that sit at the heart of this transformation. You will oversee thesoftware development lifecycle of multiple cutting-edge products. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams including; Data Science, UX, Engineering, and QA—to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end project execution—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Drive team alignment and accountability by running effective sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring transparency and clarity across departments.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Champion documentation—meeting notes, decisions, action items, and technical records—especially as it relates to regulatory and certification requirements.
• Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team environment with open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements:
We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in a technical environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in high-stakes, deadline-driven settings.
• Strong command of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to create and manage regulatory and certification documentation.
