Electronic Arts in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to coordinate large-scale programs focused on reliability, scalability, and automation. You will define roadmaps, manage milestones, allocate resources, and deliver critical reliability initiatives for PI&E.
You will report to the Director of Program Management and work across platform engineering teams to drive AI automation, establish SLOs, and track metrics.

The Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organization provides the essential platforms and infrastructure hosting solutions that power EA's games and live services. Our charter is to make EA's games and services available to all players anytime and anywhere.
We aim to help developers experiment and build new games quickly with infrastructure services on-demand and workflows that promote rapid development in the cloud.
As a Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will coordinate large-scale, engineering programs focused on system reliability, scaling, and automation. You will define and manage programs, roadmaps, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and delivery needed for PI&E internal operations.
You will report to the Director of Program Management.
This is a hybrid remote/in-office role based in Vancouver, BC.
