Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Technical Software Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs powering our cloud-based customer experience platform. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to align strategy with execution and measurable outcomes.

Based in Canada, you will help optimize delivery velocity, manage risks, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders while shaping data-driven platform performance and innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within high growth or cloud-based environments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and modern software architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product and analytics teams to accelerate delivery and remove blockers.
• Lead program planning and execution, optimizing resource allocation, timelines and delivery velocity at scale.
