Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with strong delivery management, Agile (Scrum/SAFe) expertise, and the ability to drive initiatives from roadmap planning through commercialization.

The role requires leading end-to-end delivery, managing scope, timelines, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating with leadership to track KPIs and status updates.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Project/Program Management and Delivery Management.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Agile, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proven experience managing delivery from roadmap to commercialization.
• Strong industry and functional domain knowledge.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, planning, and governance.
• SAFe Scrum certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project/program delivery, from roadmap definition and planning to execution and commercialization.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Apply Scrum and SAFe methodologies to drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Leverage industry and functional knowledge to align solutions with business needs.
• Monitor delivery performance, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
