Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in project/program management and delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project/program delivery from roadmap definition and planning to execution and commercialization.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Apply Scrum and SAFe methodologies to drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Translate business objectives into roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Leverage knowledge to align solutions with business needs.
• Monitor delivery performance, track KPIs, and provide updates to leadership.
• Ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely issue resolution.
• Drive change management and support product/service launches through commercialization.
