This is a high-impact technical program management role within a security organization, focused on advancing enterprise security maturity and executing complex, cloud-scale initiatives.

A strong emphasis is placed on responsible AI adoption, with opportunities to apply AI and automation to program management, reporting, analysis, and security operations.
You’ll influence senior stakeholders, drive accountability, and help shape how security programs evolve in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
The environment is collaborative, technically sophisticated, and comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and challenging problems.
This is an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to security strategy while helping define the responsible use of AI across the organization.

Accountabilities
  • Lead complex, cloud-scale technical security programs, ensuring execution remains aligned with strategic and business objectives.
  • Define and drive roadmaps for critical security functions and programs, coordinating priorities and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate security programs, tooling, workflows, and operating models through an AI and automation lens, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve measurable outcomes.
  • Champion responsible AI adoption within the security organization, incorporating AI-assisted program management, reporting, analysis, and decision support into day-to-day work.
  • Build strong partnerships and effective feedback loops with technical and business leaders, engineering teams, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and promote metrics-driven decision-making, using data to track progress, identify risks, measure outcomes, and maintain stakeholder accountability.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner and change leader, helping advance security maturity and understand how emerging AI capabilities are reshaping the security landscape.
  • Communicate complex security and program information clearly through written and verbal communications tailored to executives, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Promote proactive security practices and support secure, responsible adoption of AI across the organization.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to scope difficult problems, develop prototypes, test solutions, and iterate toward practical outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and scale security programs through automation and technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience documenting processes and security requirements and managing complex, cloud-scale technical security programs within an enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing programs involving Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), privileged access/privilege assessment management, Zero Trust, and single sign-on solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering security programs within a cloud-based technology environment and translating security strategy into practical execution.
  • Strong understanding of established and emerging security technologies, including AI-enabled security solutions and their application across cloud products and enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, or comparable security and compliance frameworks is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applying the NIST Cybersecurity Framework to security program maturity is preferred.
  • Experience evaluating and governing enterprise AI adoption, including AI usage policies, AI tool assessments, and model and data risk considerations, is an asset.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, with demonstrated use of AI tools in daily work and the ability to distinguish meaningful business value from hype.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI adoption and the ability to educate, influence, and engage stakeholders around secure AI practices.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, tackle complex problems without predetermined answers, and collaborate with SMEs to develop and demonstrate solutions.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate information into actionable recommendations and measurable results.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership across multiple teams, with the ability to influence security strategy, program direction, and execution without relying solely on formal authority.
