Job summary

Apple Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Specialist to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts across Canada and Latin America. You will work with product and engineering teams to turn new products into compelling demonstrations and experiences for media and partners.

You will be the technical force behind launches, developing on-device services, scripts, and automation, and ensuring flawless demonstrations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with iOS and macOS and Apple hardware
• Experience with mass deployment techniques and large-scale system administration
• Strong knowledge of macOS command line, shell scripting, Python, and modern web tech
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within Canada and internationally including the USA and LATAM

Responsibilities

• Support introductions of new products with product managers and engineers, providing technical expertise for launches
• Collaborate to define, plan, create, and evaluate product demonstrations
• Design and implement scripts and automation for on-device services and streamline launch processes
• Dressing network and data cables and supporting a press briefing with worldwide visibility when needed
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability within a team environment
• Maintain and troubleshoot servers
• Be an active member of the Product Marketing team
