Position Overview

Are you looking for a role where you can shape the future of semiconductor verification through intelligent workflows, cloud, and data-driven insights? You'll be joining the Questa Product Management team, the team behind Siemens' advanced simulation and verification platform. Questa is at the forefront of functional verification for complex SoCs and FPGAs, offering high-performance simulation, formal verification, and intelligent debug environments.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of Questa across four strategic pillars: Verification Management, Digital Thread, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with R&D, customers, sales, and marketing to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and deliver solutions that meet the demands of next-generation silicon designs.

You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the product vision for Verification Management, including verification planning, coverage management, regression analytics, and metrics-driven closure to help customers achieve first-pass silicon success.
• Drive the Digital Thread strategy for Questa, enabling seamless traceability and data continuity across the design and verification lifecycle from requirements through silicon.
• Lead product efforts to enable scalable, cloud-native verification environments, working with engineering and architecture teams to deliver flexible and efficient deployment models.
• Define and contribute to the roadmap for AI‑powered capabilities within Questa, including intelligent automation and insight-driven verification workflows.
• Partner with R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on priorities, gather market feedback, and deliver high‑impact product releases.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and roadmap priorities.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders to validate product direction and gather real‑world insights.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives and continuously iterate based on data and customer feedback.

Your Defining Qualities

• 12–18 years of Product Management experience, ideally within the EDA, semiconductor, or enterprise software industry.
• Strong understanding of functional verification methodologies, including simulation, formal verification, and coverage‑driven verification.
• Demonstrated experience driving cloud or SaaS product initiatives from concept to market.
• Familiarity with verification management concepts such as coverage closure, regression management, and metrics‑driven verification planning.
• Understanding of digital thread and data continuity concepts across complex engineering workflows.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, sales, and executive teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Exposure to Questa, SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL is a strong plus.
