Job description

Do you get energized by owning a product end-to-end — from the first discovery conversation to the metrics that prove it's working?

Are you the connective tissue between engineering, design, sales, and leadership?

Do you believe a strong product vision is what separates a team that ships from a team that builds something that matters?

AOT Technologies is looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Engineering & Innovation team and drive product strategy and execution across our growing portfolio of digital solutions for the public and private sectors.

About AOT

We’re on a mission to help enterprises and governments bring their ideas to life.

As a product-driven boutique consulting firm, we partner with enterprises, startups, and governments to solve complex, mission-critical challenges. Our expertise spans business process management, automation and AI, cloud, and application development. Our teams are collaborative, our leadership is transparent, and our work is impactful.

As we expand into new markets and scale our offerings, there’s never been a better time to join AOT.

Role and Responsibilities

The Product Manager leads the product vision and development of AOT’s suite of interconnected digital solutions designed for the public and private sectors. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, market opportunities, and technical capabilities in order to manage this portfolio. As a dedicated product owner, the Product Manager works cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders to drive product success from strategy through execution.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering and design to manage the backlog, guide trade-off decisions, and deliver applications that are intuitive, performant, and scalable.
  • Product Management: Own the full product lifecycle, from defining requirements and user stories through delivery, iteration, and cost optimization in collaboration with engineering, design, and sales.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a central point of connection across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership, keeping stakeholders informed and equipped with the inputs they need.
  • End-User Advocacy: Champion usability, accessibility, and intuitive design by continuously incorporating user feedback into iterative development cycles.
  • Research: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that reflects both short- and long-term goals, built in close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Track and analyze product performance metrics to surface insights, validate decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing on product positioning, launch planning, and enablement to ensure new features and releases land effectively with target audiences.
  • Product Discovery: Run structured discovery to validate problems before committing to solutions, through user interviews, prototype testing, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the following portfolio.

  • formsflow.ai: Simplifies complex form creation, approvals, and workflow automation, helping organizations move faster without sacrificing quality or compliance.
  • m8flow: Lightweight, Python-based workflow engine built for the agentic AI-driven future.
  • SLED360: Under the SLED360 umbrella, we deliver products and services tailored to the unique needs of state and local governments and the education sector, from modern case management to digital services. Our product offerings reflect our entrepreneurial spirit and firsthand experience solving real-world problems with scalable, human-centered technology.
Who You Are

You’re a seasoned product manager with a proven track record of shipping products people actually use and the leadership presence to bring cross-functional teams along for the journey. You’ve owned roadmaps, made hard calls, and delivered outcomes that moved the business forward. You’re energized by environments where consulting and product development intersect. You believe the best products aren’t just well-built — they’re well-understood by the people who need them most.

Must-have qualifications
