You will play an integral role in driving the development and delivery of our revolutionary set of AI tools. As part of our small product team, you will be working directly with our leadership team on product definition and prioritization, while coordinating the work of multiple engineering teams.

This position involves participating in the entire lifecycle of product development for our platform, from conception to deployment, and the pace and quality of our deployments is ultimately the measure of your success. In this role you will

Get things built

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of complex software projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure our engineers can do their best work by giving them context, clarity and support
• Identify and resolve technical issues and potential roadblocks ahead of time

• Scope projects in collaboration with our customer-facing team
• Turn user requirements into feasible technical solutions
• Write high-quality and to-the-point PRDs
• Through all of your actions, continuously help us accelerate the clip at which we can deliver value to our customers
  
  

About you

• A strong bias to action
• Great communication skills, both in a technical and in a commercial context
• 2+ years of experience in a (technical) PM role with a high level of ownership, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Technical acumen (data analysis, ML, AI and LLMs) to help translate product requirements into technical solutions, as demonstrated either by a prior career in software development or a comparable background
• Proven track record of shipping innovative software from discovery all the way to launch and beyond

Description Du Poste — Responsable De Produit Technique

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) responsable de produit chevronné(e), passionné(e) par la technologie. En vous joignant à nous, vous jouerez un rôle important dans la conception et la livraison de nos outils d'IA novateurs. Vous travaillerez au sein de notre petite équipe de produits et coordonnerez le travail de plusieurs équipes d'ingénierie, en plus de collaborer étroitement avec la direction à l'élaboration de produits et à la création d'un calendrier de priorités.

Vous participerez au cycle de vie complet des produits destinés à notre plateforme, de leur conception à leur lancement. Vous serez responsable du rythme et de la qualité des lancements, qui seront la mesure de votre succès. Vous aimez concevoir des produits fiables? • Gérer et coordonner la réalisation de projets logiciels complexes dans un environnement dynamique;
• Offrir à nos ingénieurs le contexte, les précisions et le soutien nécessaires pour libérer leur plein potentiel;
• Identifier et résoudre des problèmes techniques de façon proactive
  
  
  

Définition des projets

• Piloter des projets avec notre équipe de service à la clientèle;
• Transformer les exigences de la clientèle en solutions techniques concrètes;
• Rédiger des fiches techniques précises et de qualité;
• Contribuer continuellement à l'augmentation de la cadence de livraison de produits de qualité à notre clientèle

Vous vous reconnaissez?

Ce poste vous convient si vous avez les compétences suivantes :

• Grande volonté d'agir;
• Facilité à communiquer tant dans les milieux techniques que commerciaux;
• Au moins deux ans d'expérience à titre de responsable de produit (dans un milieu technique, un atout), de préférence dans un environnement dynamique et en pleine croissance;
• Expérience préalable en développement logiciel, en analyse de données, en apprentissage automatique, en intelligence artificielle ou en grands modèles de langage permettant de transformer les exigences relatives aux produits en solutions concrètes;
• Savoir-faire éprouvé en conception de logiciels avant-gardistes, de la création au lancement et au-delà;
• Véritable envie de travailler dans un environnement dynamique où l'incertitude est synonyme d'occasions à saisir.
