Technical Manager - Municipal Roads & Civil Engineering

Our team focuses on helping provincial and municipal clients expand and improve their transportation systems through innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with strong client relationships to join our Infrastructure – Roads and Highways team in the Greater Toronto Region. You can work from any of our offices in Toronto, Markham, Oakville, or remotely from home.
The Senior Technical Manager in the Municipal Roadway group will play a key role in growing our Transportation Engineering practice in the Greater Toronto Region. This leadership role involves developing and executing our business plan in transportation planning, design, and management for various Regions and Municipalities around GTA, Ontario. You will need a solid understanding of Regional, Municipal, and MTO standards, policies, and practices, as well as delivery models for Critical Infrastructure Projects and client relationships. Leading a team of Roadway and Municipal Engineers and Design Specialists, you will work on multidisciplinary projects of varying complexity, including rehabilitation, replacement, widening, and expansion of roads and highways. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, quality, and trust, with proven project management experience and a desire to foster business growth within the group and company.
