Tolko Industries Ltd. in Alberta is seeking a Technical Manager for the High Prairie OSB Division. You will lead safety-driven technical initiatives, guide process improvements, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Production teams to advance products and performance.

• Assist in the development and improvement of products and processes.
• Stay on top of new industry developments and standards to recommend, plan, and organize actions that keep the mill current.
• Interact with Sales and Production teams and keep the product cost model current.
• Plan, organize and implement resin or mill trials using statistical process control.

We’re looking for an experiencedTechnical Managerto join ourHigh Prairie OSB Division, located in High Prairie, Alberta. Our mill has undergone anexciting major rebuildand modernization including the commissioning of a new continuous press which will makes us the most modern mill in North America.

• Experience in leading the organization and supervision of technical aspects ofprocess improvements, technology, research and development.
• Demonstratedknowledge of OSB/EWP (Engineered Wood Products) manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety.

In this role, you will:
