You will lead complex planning and ensure safe, compliant execution while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients across multiple provinces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Professional designation or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Experience managing complex substation projects and design teams.
• Budgets, scheduling, design, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong substation technical expertise and commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience preparing technical reports, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and teams.
• Strong health and safety mindset and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and client expectations.
