Schneider Electric is looking for a Technical Lead – Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our Power Systems Hub Canada. In this role, you will be at the heart of technically complex and high‑impact projects, providing leadership and expertise from tendering through execution.
You’ll work closely with project managers, tender managers, sales teams, and application centers, contributing to solutions across electrical distribution, control, and process automation—with a strong presence in industries such as Data Centers, Utilities, Mining, Renewables, Transportation, Water & Wastewater, and Marine.
This is a great opportunity for a senior electrical engineer who enjoys technical ownership, customer interaction, and influencing solution architecture.
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive, is $91,200‑$136,800 for Ontario residents. Salary within the range is determined by performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
