Technical Interviewer - Java / Full Stack / AI (PT)

We are looking for a seasoned technical professional with 8+ years of experience to conduct technical interviews and assess senior Java developers across multiple backend, full-stack, frontend and AI-focused categories.

This role supports a large-scale technology hiring initiative for a major global financial services organization, working through a leading professional services firm. The program includes significant hiring across Java engineering, full-stack development and emerging AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical depth across Java, Angular, React and GenAI, along with the experience and confidence to evaluate senior-level developers in a structured technical interview.

Engagement

• Fully remote
• Part-time contract
• Up to 20 hours per week, as needed
• Will be added to the technical interview panel

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development / engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Java

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will have a discussion with an internal technical team member to validate their technical breadth and interviewing capability. This discussion will serve as the final interview to confirm suitability for the technical interview panel.
